I’m a freelance creative and content producer with a special interest in feminism, arts and culture. I specialise in producing punchy, irreverent written content for brands alongside graphic artwork and layout design.
I have a First Class degree in English Literature from the University of Bristol, and have previously worked across the media and arts industries: in film development and production (e.g. BBC Arts, Ridley Scott Associates and branded content for Red Bull and Benefit Cosmetics); book publishing (including leading campaigns for the likes of Pulitzer Prize-winner Robert Olen Butler); graphic design for digital and print (my artwork has been published in Marie Claire, ES Magazine, Guardian Online and the Bookseller); commercial copywriting for web and tube campaigns, and more.
I have recently wrapped up my role as sole executive and creative lead on The Eve Appeal’s Get Lippy campaign: an annual commercial campaign to end the culture of shame and stigma surrounding gynaecological health whilst raising funds for little-acknowledged gynae cancers. Between myself and the campaign manager, we tripled the amount of brand partners from the previous year (2019 partners included Harvey Nichols, Tesco, Vaseline, Karen Millen and Nivea) and more than doubled the funds raised.
